A running start for Cross Laminated Timber in North America, this 15,200 square foot facility will use 34,000 square feet of CLT panels manufactured and supplied by CST Innovations. This is enough CLT to build 30 micro-loft apartment units and the building itself will generate 15% of campus electricity from urban wood waste. This $27 million building will be operational by Spring 2012.
